With no 2 days the same in a growing business, you should have a ‘challenge the norm’ approach to talent acquisition and take the lead on not only how to attract these technical superstars but also keep them. Your will become the face of all things talent in the business; working across various recruitment strategies, staff development programs, engagement initiatives. Ultimately, helping the business to shape the strategy for the whole talent life cycle. This is not a ‘greenfield’ environment, you shall be walking into an environment that has smart tech and a plan of how best to get the right people. Ultimately this is an organisation that wants to change, they just need the right person to lead it.
We seek a qualified recruiter, who has preferably worked within the DevOps or Cloud verticals however a senior technical recruiter shall also be considered. Everyone knows how competitive it can be to engage the right talent in these spaces, you should be comfortable networking and headhunting to grow the team, as well as be an excellent multi tasker to help uplift recruitment, on boarding and development internally. Efficiency ideas on technology and process will be warmly welcomed, this is a great chance to really carve out an effective talent strategy. Experience in working in the Melbourne market is a necessity as well as a valid visa for working in Australia.
