Customer Experience software is a market that is rapidly growing in Australia and we have the perfect opportunity for those technically skilled who want to step up and work for a market leader!
My client currently supports over 500 of the most recognisable brands globally and offer a cloud-based platform that includes VOC and VOE Technologies. Together we are in search of technical customer success manager in Melbourne.
This role is responsible for configuring software, implementing customer updates, testing on all client projects alongside providing improvements to their program to keep them ahead of the curve in the market.
Other duties include:
- Building customer surveys and providing customised reports.
- Create and maintain customer programs and projects.
- Interpret and analyse customer data.
- Provide post implementation support to customers locally.
- Implement solutions as per specifications provided by customers.
- Consult with customers on technical challenges.
The roles require PR or citizenship status, but no formal certifications are required. We are searching for someone who has hands on experience with a VOC platform and are comfortable with one of the following: SQL, Microsoft Bi, Excel and ideally have some experience in coding. Project management and client facing skills are crucial as you will be the first point of escalation for some of the best brands globally!
