Professional Services Consultant
Location: Pyrmont, Sydney
Salary: Up to $90,000 + Super
We are searching for a confident individual who wants to increase their knowledge of HR & Payroll software with one of Australia’s leading providers of employee management solutions.
If you have experience of Australian payroll requirements and experience with one or more payroll systems, this is the role for you. During the first 3 months you will receive expert training on the products before carrying out the main duties of the role which include post sales software implementation and client support.
As you develop in the role you will be able to get involved with product demonstrations, pre-sales support, systems documentation and user acceptance testing. Because this is a customer facing role successful applicants will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
We are looking for a proactive candidate who is hungry to learn more and develop into a superstar consultant. You’ll be able to learn from the Business Development Managers and a senior Professional Services Consultant who will take you under her wing to help you grow in the role.
Though infrequent, some regional and interstate travel may be required.
