You will report into the National Sales Operations Manager and work with other Sales Operations leaders to support the business, so it continues to grow.
The NOSC team are responsible for tasks including but not limited to business reporting, direct support & administration, document management & month end processes. As a leader it’s your role to ensure the support, efficiency and welfare of the team and you will be responsible for delivering operational efficiencies where possible. Other duties will include ownership of problem resolution and escalation, provide effective change management and participate & contribute to all key Sales Operations initiatives to name a few.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in a sales operations environment and have an understanding of ERP’s & quoting systems. You must be comfortable in a highly transactional workplace, with a system upgrade due this year, change is on the horizon, so attention to detail and a level head are essential. Experience in change and managing a team through this is desirable.
