Logical Resources are a Global IT Talent Management & Recruitment business. With offices spanning Australia, the US and UK, we work with Global brands to help them achieve business outcomes through providing the best talent consultancy and helping them attract and secure the best people.
Our Australian business opened in 2016 after expanding from our roots of the UK. Since then we have developed a loyal customer base with growth figures at 150% last year and a further 200% growth target for 2019. Right now, we are in need of a key member of our team. This role will be fast paced, varied and challenging. More than anything you must have energy and drive and willingness to be the best team player. Your role will be to manage the daily marketing activity across the Australian businesses as well as supporting senior consultants in artwork design for adverts and blogs. You will enjoy being creative and thinking of new ideas to build our network and community, setting us apart from the competition. You shall strive to increase efficiencies in the organisation by introducing new technology to automate processes and make our time go further, as well to reach further into our network of credible candidates. Finally, you shall support senior consultants to engage with potential candidates and support then to deliver to our clients daily. No day is the same in this job and you shouldn’t be put off by this, we love change and adaption, we want all employees to help us continuously improve our business offering.
