The business is one of a select few tech providers who are looking to take the lead in the market as far as digital workplace technology is concerned. The role is the perfect balance between sales and technical expertise and as such offers unlimited growth opportunities within the organisation. Working with a team of 6, you will leverage your licensing expertise to support some of the most recognisable brands on the ASX100 list. You will lead vendor discussions with the likes of Microsoft, VMWare, Citrix, Adobe and Symantec just to name a few and help support them by becoming a SME (Subject matter expert) to both the customer and your fellow colleagues.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has engaged with end users through support or sales support and prides themselves on having a solid understanding of software licensing models. Certifications are a bonus but not required, so if this is something of personal interest to you then the business can oblige as they offer investment into each employee to help nurture you and grow!
Other day to day responsibilities include:
- RFP/Tender/Bid responses with ASX100 brands.
- Embedding yourself in the business and creating a strong profile as a subject matter expert for all things licensing!
- Adding value to the sales process by supporting a team of software sales professionals.
- Managing Vendor portals and customer requests.
