A multi-million turnover and global professional services provider were in search of a skilled sales person.   The business has over 25,000 employees alongside a large internal recruitment division but the role had been vacant for over 4 months. The hiring manager was feeling frustrated as well as the internal recruitment team, both feeling like they had exhausted all avenues.
